  • Most items ready to ship, unless noted as 'made to order'. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for shipment to be sent out. 

  • All packages sent fully insured via USPS or UPS. 

    RBD is not liable for any lost, stolen, or undelivered items due to incorrect shipping information.

    Contact RBD if any items arrive damaged or defective.

  • No refunds on any purchase.

    Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

    For all other purchases, exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and sizing, and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

  • While RBD jewelry is made to last, regular care and cleaning is also important in the upkeep of your jewelry. Over its lifetime, jewelry will show signs of regular wear. Learn more about RBD jewelry care here.

    If any damage or other issues come up, please contact RBD and I will do my best to refresh or update your jewelry to get it back to life.

Do you take special or custom orders?

At this time I am not equipped to take special requests for jewelry orders, or use materials that I do not source myself. Thank you for thinking of me!

Do you accept trade as payment?

Yes and no! I'm totally on board with trading goods or services, but it is on a case-by-case basis. Most of the time I'm working on raising funds for my next jewelry tools, so monetary payment is preferred. However, it never hurts to ask
